This past week and a half have been the worst of my life! Seriously! There has so much drama, idiots and stupid people! So I decided to do a post on all the things that cheer me up when I'm in a really bad mood. One of my favorite things to do is watch funny youtube videos, and Jenna Marbles (to the right) actually makes me laugh out loud! She's got a very interesting personality! So if Your in a really bad mood where all you wanna do is Punch everybody in the face just watch her videos! :D I also love to read! I have no idea why but it seems to calm me down. If anybody has any songs that make you feel better please comment, I love listening to the fray :). If I'm really stressed out i find that it helps to focus on a simple task such as painting your nails. Hug somebody! Hugs release endorphins! Excercise, or for me play soccer or go for a run! It helps to angrily kick a ball into a wall! Haha :) And finally just smile! It's a proven fact that even just smiling can put you in a better mood! So always remember: just smile! :)
